Symbicort Turbuhaler

Contents: Budesonide, formoterol.

Dosage/Direction for Use:

• Unscrew to remove cover and check dose counter to make sure there are still doses left inside.
• Hold turbuhaler upright while twisting grip.
• Load a dose by twisting the coloured base of the turbuhaler as far to the right as it can go and then back until a click is heard.
• Breathe out gently away from the turbuhaler and place mouthpiece between teeth without biting and form a good seal with your lips.
• Be sure not to cover the air vents.
• Breathe in strongly and deeply and hold your breath for 5-10 seconds or as long as comfortable.
• Remove inhaler from mouth. Breathe out gently away from the turbuhaler.
• If you need to repeat your dose, repeat the above steps.
• Replace cover once complete.
