Dosage/Direction for Use:
- Take Dimenhydrinate exactly as directed by your doctor or according to the instructions on the label. Do not take more or less than instructed by your doctor.
- Try to take it at the same time each day.
- Dimenhydrinate is available as a conventional or chewable tablet, capsule, and oral syrup.
- If you are taking the conventional tablet or capsule, swallow it whole with a glass of water.
- If you are taking the chewable tablet, it should be chewed thoroughly before swallowing.
- If you are taking the oral syrup, shake the bottle well before you take it to ensure that the liquid is evenly mixed. Use the measuring spoon or cup provided to measure your dose.
- For the prevention of motion sickness, it should be taken at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before the travel.
- You may stop taking Dimenhydrinate when you do not feel nauseous, have spinning sensations, or the urge to vomit.
