Dosage/Direction for Use: Hold the inhaler upright. Shake and prime the inhaler by spraying a few doses into the air. Breathe out gently away from the inhaler, place the mouthpiece between teeth without biting, and form a good seal with your lips. Breathe in slowly and at the same time, press down firmly on the canister to release a dose. Hold your breath for 5-10 seconds or as long as comfortable. While holding breath, remove the inhaler from the mouth. Breathe out gently away from the inhaler. If you need to repeat your dose, repeat the above steps. Replace cover once complete.
