Product is authentic and customer service was good too. I received updates on delivery timelines, and Ninja van tracking number when the parcel reached Singapore. It takes a few weeks so just need to plan the order ahead of time.

First time ordering this. Delivered authentic products as per stated. Delivery takes awhile however (around 2+ weeks), so do plan ahead.
It’s a repeated order for the Rybelsus 3 mg tablets. The product was shipped from Malaysia directly to my doorstep. The first time it took >3 weeks but the second time <2 weeks. So if you have a repeated order for chronic conditions you better plan ahead.
All in all, the package had the Malaysia specific hologram and the official packaging insert. The product is effective, and I’m lucky not to have any of the described side effects.
