Dosage/Direction for Use: Blow your nose gently or clean it out with a saline rinse. Shake the bottle before use and prime if needed. Tilt your head down towards your toes. Hold the bottle upright and insert the nozzle tip inside one nostril, aiming towards the outside wall. Press the other nostril with one finger to close off that nostril. Push down and spray bottle while sniffing in gently. Repeat the same steps for the other nostril. Wash your hands after use to remove any medication.
