Q: Can you send the physical letters to me?
A: Yes we can and below are the charges

All mail forwarding comes with tracking details.
Q: Can you receive parcels and send them to me?
A: Yes we can. Currently, we only ship to Singapore and kindly please fill in the order here – https://www.shiptosg.my/product/ship-for-me/
If you need to ship it to another country other than Singapore, please WhatsApp us before you make the order.
Q: Can I receive my personal letters?
A: Yes you can. You can send all your personal letters to us instead of your Malaysia home address.
Q: Can I consolidate my mails then use mail forwarding services to send them to me in one shot?
A: Yes you can consolidate as long as you like. However, if you do not renew your virtual office address services, we will discard all your mails immediately.
Q: Can I have an additional business or personal name for my virtual address?
A: Yes you can. Each additional name will be SGD3/month
Q: Can you open my mail then scan and email it to me?
A: We can open and scan the mail content and WhatsApp it to you. Each piece of the letter will cost SGD1.
Q: Can I pick up my mail in person?
A: Sorry you cannot. You must use our mail forwarding services.
Q: I will like to run a freight forwarding business, can you collect my customer’s parcel and ship it to my customer’s address?
A: Yes we can. Please WhatsApp us for discussion.
